Be Patient With Where You’re Going…
Give Yourself Time To Grow.
This month beckons the return of nature’s colors, and the bounty that’s been waiting to flourish from just below the surface. Can you feel the energy shifting around you? Or, perhaps, can you feel your own energy changing and moving you from a pull toward dormancy, to a push toward mobility? These next weeks will be building momentum for the season and all that spring has to offer and reveal. What do you need to rid yourself of so that you can lean in to what’s coming?
We encourage you to be gentle with yourself as change reveals itself, one day at a time. We encourage you to continue to breathe, and find moments of routine to ground into what you believe in each day. We encourage you, also, to identify where and when you experience the deepest level of connection throughout your days. Connection to your physical body, through movement and intentional stillness. Connection to your mental body, through clear observation of your thoughts and where you’ve been gripping. Connection to your energetic body, by recognizing where you feel open, blocked, nourished, or in need. Give to yourself the connection you crave most.
