Embrace Your Sacral Center
Let Yourself Flow With The Chakra Of Change.
We often crave a life of ease and openness to change, but the execution of a smooth transition can often feel beyond our reach. This is when we take a look inward to identify the health and energy of the sacral chakra: the svadhistana.
Located in the pelvic and hip region, the svadhistana is governed by water and the color orange. When balanced, this center gives us the ability to see ourselves as passionate, emotional, creative, open beings. It allows us to see our feelings clearly, as well as our reactions, and understand where they stem from. It gives us the freedom to dive into what brings us joy, and see the endeavors that spark light within us. The sacral center also shows us to move like water; to see ourselves honestly and let go of the weight that is not ours to carry. When we know who we are and grow stable enough to move from our roots out into the world, we then utilize the svadhistana to carry us from one point to the next.
When we are balanced, we are flowing through life with ease and intention. When we are flowing, we are both light and persistent, experiencing without coveting. A middle place; between the solar plexus and its fire, and the root chakra with its foundation. We move from our power source toward calm stability, while holding the ability to ebb and flow between the two when needed. Like the fall season, we can see the change taking place, and we can choose to marvel at its beauty. We can choose to let go of our grip so that the transformation can unfold.
Remind yourself, this week, to continue to flow through your own journey that’s always taking place. Choose to release the binds that no longer serve you. Choose to move like the waves.
Tell yourself again and again, I Am Flowing, and allow the rest to play out exactly as it was meant to.
